World Health Club Summer Beach Party Cancervive has partnered with the World Health Club (WHC) in Calgary and Edmonton in an exciting event to raise awareness and money for Wellspring Centres in Calgary and Edmonton. On June 26 in Calgary at 2 locations and Edmonton at 2 locations, the WHC will be launching their new Fitness Programs. At 11 AM, June 26 the Edgemont World Health Club will also host a spin-a-thon for 3 hours. All proceeds from this event in Calgary and Edmonton will be donated to Cancervive/Wellspring. Spin-a-thon Event Details - Calgary Where: Calgary Edgemont Club (7222 Edgemont Blvd, NW, Calgary) Time: 11 AM Sharp (3 hours duration) - June 26 ,2010 Contact Person: Peggy Pankhurst-Brosens (peggyp@wellspringcalgary.ca )/ Patrick Murphy (paddymurphy@shaw.ca) The event is sponsored by Pita Pit, Booster Juice, Opa & Edgemont Grill. There will be no shortage of food & drink to get your through the spin-a-thon. Equipment will be supplied and you will not require your bike. Remember - you do not have to ride 3 hours straight - it is just fun. Some people won't and some people will.
