Motivation: I was so overwhelmed by the experience of riding to San Jose last year that I just had to do this again! My late husband, Doug, rode to Austin in 2007, which was my motivation to carry on in his footsteps, thus the ride last year. Riding to Austin will be a full circle, and now that I have seen what a positive impact this journey has on so many people, it's a no brainer. The affects of Cancer are devastating, so I feel that this is my way of helping bring hope and positivity to those living with this terrible disease.
